RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, proof of purchase required. Upon product's arrival, please inspect it for transit damage or defects. If any found and you wish to replace the product, we must be notified within 14 days of its delivery. For items returned or exchanged in new condition, delivery fees are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for special orders. Glass&Stone reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to customer damage or misuse.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled by calling or emailing us 24 hours prior to scheduled shipment for a full refund less 10% cancellation fee. This does not include special orders with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
SHIPPING
Each Glass & Stone tabletop and base set comes in two separate boxes that will be shipped to your destination by Fedex Ground anywhere in the continental U.S. within 5 business days from your order date, arriving from 1 to 7 business days depending on your location. For shipments outside of the continental U.S., please contact our customer service department at info@glassandstone.com.
